San Bernardino

San Bernardino, the county seat of San Bernardino County, is a perfect place if you’re looking into Southern California Real Estate. 2005 California Department of Finance estimates the population of San Bernardino is 199,803. This is an increase from 185,401 from the 2000 census. Known as the Gate City, San Bernardino is a link between Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Yucaipa

Yucaipa real estate offers beautiful and scenic views of the San Bernardino Mountains. 2003 population estimates for Yucaipa is 46,171, an increase from the 2000 census population of 41,207. Yucaipa Ca real estate offers convenient access to 10 parks, a senior center, a community center/gymnasium, equestrian arena, and a skateboarding park. San Bernardino County is the largest county in the continental United States, having an area larger than nine other states. Riverside County

Located in southeastern California, Riverside County homes for sale are a part of the Inland Empire real estate market. The 2004 estimated population for Riverside County was 1,871,950, a 21% increase from the 2000 census population 1,545,387. The growth can be accounted for my many people from Los Angeles County moving out to Riverside County to take advantage of the affordable and beautiful suburban Inland Empire real estate homes for sale. Riverside County is the fourth largest county in California. Most of the Joshua Tree National Park is located in Riverside County.

Riverside County’s economy hoists the largest number of businesses of the Inland Empire. Riverside County is home to a wide range of industries, manufacturing firms, distributors, retail establishments, professional offices and services, and other wide ranging market sectors. Manufacturing in Riverside County includes electrical equipment, plastics, metal & wood fabrication, food processing, and recreational vehicle manufacturing. Riverside County has thriving technological and manufacturing centers that are bolstered by the four universities and colleges in the area.  Riverside County real estate is in demand: the county is one of the fastest growing counties in America. As of the 2000 census, the household median income for Riverside County is $42,887. The family median income is $48,409 for Riverside County. The per capita income estimates as of 2002 is $24,815, an increase of nearly $6,000 dollars from the 2000 census.

Our Weather

San Bernardino County offers an average annual high temperature of 80°, and an annual average low temperature of 49°. The warmest temperatures occur between May through October, where average highs reach into the 80s and 90s, and cooler winter and spring temperatures in the 60s and 70s. The temperatures at night are sharply contrasted by daytime temperatures, as a result of the desert climate of San Bernardino County.  The annual total precipitation for San Bernardino County is about 16 inches per year.

These range from the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, which has such great department stores as Macy's, Nordstrom, and JC Penney, to Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon with outlet stores for Ralph Lauren, Nike, Giorgio Armani, and many many more. The Inland Empire area offers plenty of dining choices to meet anybody's needs. Whether you want fast food or fine dining, there's something for you. Table for Two in Riverside serves exquisite Thai food at a reasonable price and offers a non-pretentious atmosphere. For more of a fine dining establishment, you might want to try Citrone which serves mostly Californian cuisine and offers a wide range of wines available by glass, half-bottle, or bottle. The Mojave National Preserve, established in 1994, includes beautiful natural attractions such as the Kelso Dunes, the Cima Dome, volcanic formations, Joshua Tree forests, the defunct railroad depot and ghost town of Kelso, and the famous Mojave phone booth. Calico is another ghost town, once a thriving silver mining town, today serves as a county park.

The San Bernardino National Forest is home to the Big Bear Lake, a popular resort area.
